The law firm is headed by legal advisor Monika Drab-Grotowska and advocate Bartłomiej Achler.
| Monika Drab-Grotowska graduated from the Law Department of Wrocław University in 1998 and in 2004 completed her legal advisor’s traineeship at the Legal Advisors’ Chamber in Warsaw. She gained professional experience working as a lawyer in the Brokerage Houses Department of the Securities and Exchange Commission (1998-2001), as Deputy Director of the Internal Control and Finance Team of the Privatization Agency (2001-2002), as well as on the supervisory boards of commercial companies such as “Daewoo Engineering & Construction Poland Sp.z o.o.” with its seat in Warsaw (July 2002 – May 2002), “Pilmet S.A.” with its seat in Wrocław | (March 2002 – February 2003), “Huta Szkła Ujście S.A.” with its seat in Ujście (November 2003 – June 2002), and managing an investment company (February 2003 – August 2002). She has extensive experience in providing legal assistance to companies, specializes in labour law, civil law and broadly understood commercial law. Her substantive knowledge supported by experience makes her a valued lecturer at numerous seminars and conferences. She is co-author of a book, “Securities and futures – legal and accounting aspects” published in February 2001. |
| Bartłomiej Achler, advocate. Graduated from the Law and Administration Department of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. A member of the Advocates’ Chamber in Warsaw. He gained his professional experience providing legal assistance to commercial companies, including public companies and companies with a State Treasury shareholding, as well as sitting on supervisory boards of capital companies. | He is an author and co-author of legal opinions, expert opinions and studies concerning civil law and broadly understood commercial law. While specializing in civil law he is particularly interested in contract law, companies law and process law. He acts as counsel in numerous civil, criminal and administrative proceedings, as well as defense attorney in criminal proceedings. He provides legal services in English and Polish. |
